I had a really tough conversation with RC last nite before I went off from office. I was packing my stuffs, ready to leave. RC suddenly sat in front of me, started to ask me questions. Damn it ... I'm so unlucky. My mind was so annoy at that moment, I hate him for asking all these damn questions, I didn't know how to asnwer, I just simply tell him I have no time to read all his stuffs. Just becoz of that, he scolded me so badly. I never think of apologizing or what, becoz I'm just telling him the truth, everything on my desk is URGENT, I even have limited time to clear them off, how he expect me to study. Hello? I tot he was the one who assign all these jobs to us, he should know how bz are we. All this while, he thinks he is the boss, nobody dare to talk to him in that way, everyone must obey & follow his instruction eventhough it's incorrect. But well ... I don't give a damn, I can't take it.
Anyway, I think this time I'm serious. I'm really quiting ...

i supported creamy on her decision...all of us cannot stand this situation too...erm...not actually all...specifically at least i know four of us really cannot stand it oredi...we've worked so hard...we need to come early morning...work till late nite...sometimes coming back to work during weekends...we work till middle of the nite during the Grand Launch...when we're back home, we're so so tired oredi...not to mentioned doin some house works and taking some time to company friends, family & loved ones...most important is taking a good rest...24 hours for us is really insufficient...we can sacrifice for the Company, we dont mind hard work + long hours...but in the end...we just hope to get some appreciation + encouragement from the Managers & Boss...not just thinks that no matter how much work we do...its never satisfactory to them...we dont hope for much...we just need a little more appreciation...that's all...not only Boss...those Managers are far more worst...their working attitude...and especially their behaviour when asking us to do work...they'll only think they are the GREATEST in the world besides Boss...isn't it a shame to be a Manager with this kinda attitude? *sigh* i'll soon follow creamy's footstep too... =)
