My naughty boy

This little boy was very naughty today, threw tantrum since morning, threw & destroyed his toys, kicked me in the evening and lastly slammed the door in grandpa's room. The daddy punished him at the "naughty corner", he cried and went to bed early. I hope he knows what he has done wrong today.

These pretty much sum up a little milestone little tiger has went through for the month of November 2013

On our way sending him to his pre-school on one fine morning, he was enjoying his reading while I was driving.

My little boy amazed me with new words --- "ini kali lahhhh..."! How amazing is that, even a 3yo knows this slogan, this is definitely an awesome milestone!

my 3yo did something that he isn't supposed to do and he knew it, before I open my mouth to lecture him, he said, 'cannot do that ahhh!'...

Seriously, that shut my mouth off, I couldn't continue with my lecture to him anymore because he knows what's next from me!

Last Saturday we went to dine at La Vintage Bar & Grill. This morning, on the way sending Adrian to school, we passed by La Vintage's billboard, he excitingly pointed at it...

Adrian: mommy, eat!
Me: Yes, you remember we went there last Saturday? You were eating there right? 
Adrian: Yes!

Q-Dees Annual Concert 2013

My Little Elvis  

Attended his first ever school annual concert at Asia City Convention Hall. Had a big fight with him wearing this banana rock & roll 60's costume, was crying all the way. He didn't like it and of course the performance did not turn out as good as I expected. He was in extreme bad mood the whole night and the above picture was the only decent pic I snapped, lucky enough! 

Moral of the story: Do not expect a 3yo to discipline at a performance.

Amusing Conversation With My 3yo

Conversations with my 3yo made me laugh! He is innocent, straightforward ... without any hesitation, he would give the most direct answer or response... 

This evening we were discussing where to spend our Saturday night and so we have decided to drop by a relative's house (Adrian called it the Bunny House because they have a number of cute bunnies there).  

Our amusing conversation as follows:- 
Mommy: Adrian, do you want to go to Bunny House? 
Adrian: YES! 
Daddy: Say 'yes daddy'
Adrian: Yes daddy
Daddy: Say it kuat kuat!
Adrian: Kuat kuat!

Then we LOL!

Mid Autumn Festival

I love festivals! Festivals literally means gathering & celebration with families. We don't have a huge family, I don't need to crack my head cooking full course meal all the time, just enough for my small family here.

First round - morning session at Q-Dees Fortuna

Third & final round - family dinner at home 




He had too much cakes this year, so we replaced it with our very own home-made "Liangpopo's egg tarts".
p/s: he loves egg tarts, that's why the grandma suggested to bake him our very own egg tart.

Ketupat-Lantern Party at Q-Dees Fortuna

Attended the Ketupat-Lantern Party Little Tiger's school. A meaningful parents-teachers event, appreciate his teachers took the effort to organize such a meaningful event for all teachers, parents & children to get together, we eat, play & had some fun time doing hand crafts (lantern). 

Adrian and even took part in the eating moon cakes competition and surprisingly got the first prize!

Nothing beats the happiness of seeing my own child enjoy eating my home-cooked, he gave me a big thumb-up & complimented with "Nice!" for today's dinner!

Hair Cut Day

Little Tiger used to cry very badly during his hair-cut session, there was once he cried until the beautician next door came over and pass him a lollipop but it didn't help at all, we had huge fight / war with him at every hair-cut session (could be my nightmare as well). 

Today to my surprise, he was amused by the water dispenser, he thought it is a water gun and kept playing with it. The hair stylist can finally cut his hair without having to fight so hard with him.
