Evil Boss!

Gosh … I can’t imagine I can actually work more than 12 hours a day! Let’s see, we’ve been working from 8:30am ‘till 10pm. Not even a token of appreciation from the evil boss. I really feel tired, feel disappointed! He left the office at 8 something, didn’t even ask us about our dinner, and not even a word of appreciation or encouragement. As if like we must work for him over time without claiming OT, it’s unfair to us. Nobody complaint to him, that’s why he pushes us.

I'm so depressed. I don’t know how long I can stand, or should I decide to leave or stay. Leave the company? This will look bad on my resume and I won’t be getting good reference from them. And … if I don’t get good reference from this company, my few months hard work here is like nothing! Actually I should have given up earlier, I’m just trying to prove something, trying to prove that I’m capable? Trying to challenge something that I wouldn’t do in my life? Anyhow, I wouldn’t want to work with someone with this kind of ego, but I’m still looking for miracles to happen, wanting a better treatment from him. As my mum said to me, I can find job any where, why would I need this? Perhaps, job satisfaction is far more important and outweighs the credibility of my resume, should I exclude this from my resume? My friend said I’m putting myself under pressure, under stress, I’m no longer a better person becoz of the imbalance … this does affect my personal life!

Let’s see … whether I can stay ‘till end of the year or even after CNY. I doubt …
