Yes ... I'm blogging again. Just came back from a movie with Ah Hou, can't sleep. We watched 'Seoul Raiders'. and .. of course, I saw Xiao Xiao there. The movie was what I expected, no surprise, just so so ... not much difference with 'Tokyo Raiders'. But it's ok, I like Tony Leung!
I wanted to blog about the new restaurant in The Curve -- Marche this afternoon, but was too bz uploading my photo. Anwyay, I'll do it now. The Curve is a new shopping complex around Damansara area. It's located adacent to Ikea & Ikano. It's a new complex, so I'd say only 10% of shops are opened, or not even that? And yes ... the new Redbox branch is there too. There's a wing dedicated to food outlets & Marche Movenpick Restaurant is there! 'Marche' means 'Market' in French. That place is made up of a number of stalls selling different kind of food. The entrance is quite strict, you'll tell them how many person will be dining there and they will give you some pieces of cards call 'Passports'. On each passport, there are 20 blank squares. You need to keep the passport well because if you lose it, you'll need to pay RM200.00 before they let you out. In other words, that passport act as your 'money' in order to exchange for food in that place. Inside, you have a dozen of stalls selling different stuffs, like a hawker center. Each time you get a tray and order something, they will chop a number on your passport. This number represents the amount that you'll need to pay when you check out from the restaurant.
People are rushing for it coz it's new in Malaysia, people always heading to new stuffs. This isn't the first time I dine in Marche, I've tried it in Singapore Marche few years ago. the Marche here has less choices compared with the Singapore Marche (At Suntec City). As I re-called, Marche are famous in Roast Pork but they doesn't have, just becoz they want to make Marche halal in Malaysia. >_<
