I'm blur ...

Mr Foo is pushing us for more sales this year, targeted us to sell off all the units in Grace Garden by this May. Sales Executive being forced is reasonable, but how can we as an admin being forced as well. He called for a short meeting & pressured everyone of us. How am I gonna get sales for him? Walk-in customers I can't take, call-in customer based on rotation (only for Sales Executive), even write-in inquiry gotta pass to them ... *sigh* What's wrong with Mr Foo, can't he remember he has stopped admin from following up with Sutera's immediate clients?! Why pressure me? Why need my projected sales report?! Ever since I worked here, I did close quite a number of sales, but unfortunately I'm forced to give away half of my sales to my other colleagues. Just last month, I closed one sales & being kind hearted .. I passed it to Felix & was asked not to tell the management that this sales is from me. OMG ... he is pribing me, this is another side deal case, see how he gonna 're-pay' me. He owe me! >_<
