Yes! I finally got one membership sales, where everyone is still struggling for it, I've reached my target. Mr Foo not going to chase from me anymore. There are a lot of confusions & arguments in our office these days, things getting more confused & complicated! ok ... this is the case: There was a Taiwanese lady came in yesterday telling us she has got 1 million to spend on property & would like to invest on The Vista. Becoz the dumb dumb James cannot present in Mandarin & he happened to asked for Karen's help. And ... surprisingly she closed the deal. So now, who should take the quota, how should the commission split among 2 of them? James was trying to get back what he supposed to get while Karen is too agressive, she isn't willing to share with him, not even RM20. Put it this way, if that lady can speak English or if James can speak fluent Mandarin, he would have closed this sales by himself without any assistance from Karen. Karen is too mean in this case ...

I received this SMS from James last nite & everyone of us in office got the same SMS too:-

"Karen, just because i had willingly invited yr goodself 2 assit me in Mandarin especially 4 her son better understanding did not mean i am giving away my potential buyer who when asked she said had a million 2 spend on buying property here. Often, Sylvia is always there 2 assist me in Mandarin or Cantonese. How i wish she was around instead of asking u if there is no team spirit, work & understanding in this invitation. TQs 4 yr Mandarin's assistance..."

and ... too bad, I wasn't in the office at that time. If not, I would have got half of the commission from James. But now ...
