I learnt this from the recipe book I bought from City Mall a couple months ago. It looks so attractive, a must-try food for cabbage-lover.

A single carrot will supply all your vitamin A needs for the whole day. Eating carrots will encourage healthy skin, hair, bones, eyesight and will also cleanse the body. Another benefit of carrot is on people with heart problem. It is believed that carrot may reduce risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer

Cabbage, in general, has been an idea to work as an aid in the prevention of cancer, not only for taste but also for nutritional benefits. Additionally, for those who are on diet, cabbage contains no fat or cholesterol and is low in calories. That’s why, cabbage becomes one of the main ingredients for most of the diet soup. Anyway, the benefits to using cabbage in your daily diet are great.

I still remember Denise gave me some wrong info sometimes ago. She said her hand got numb after eating Cabbage. However, based on my research, Cabbage appears to be very healthy food.
