To my dearest baby Adrian,
This is the second letter mummy wrote to you (the first letter was written when you were still in mummy’s stomach). I look forward to the day when you can read all these on your own and start to think how much we loved you!
On this day last year, you greeted this world healthily, with 3.5 weight & 49.5cm length. That was mummy’s most eventful day throughout her life. You were such a wonderful miracle, you brought joy to the family from the day you were born.
Mummy witnessed each of your fabulous milestones & enjoyed it very much.
· your first toothless grin was on 20 October 2010, right after mummy bathed you;
· you burped very loud until everyone could hear in Starbucks;
· you love to be bathed & you love to play with water in the tub;
· you sleep & snores very loud like your Uncle Sumo (Uncle Zul);
· you love it when mummy gazes into your eyes & cradles you tightly in the arm;
· you love Hip Hop & Club Hitz, especially The Jingle Bells by Crazy Frog, you would calm from cranky cry most of the time when we play you this song;
· you surprised us with your first turnover on 9 January 2011;
· your first tooth popped out when you were 6 months old, you had really bad nights during teething and you now have 8 little teeth (4 on top + 4 at the bottom) at this tender age of one;
… there are just too much to list it out! You’re such a wonderful gift to me!
May you always know how loved & special you are. Mummy really hopes that you will grow up to be a gentlemen who gives freely & thinks kindly. Certainly, your life is still unwritten but there is definitely beauty in it, you will have to determine who you are while we will guide you on your journey in the future. I can’t promise you perfection but I promise to give you all the best I could offer.
