Chef at home

It's been a month since I left my job, life is good without having to think about all the hectics at work. I began to love the flexibility of the time management & freedom I have out of the office.

Nevertheless, I'm as busy as those time before I resign. I took over the responsibility of the family's dinner from Mondays to Fridays, from marketing, planning, preparation to cooking and finally serving on the table. Thought myself is improving a lot, but after seeing Ching's Thai cooking last night, there's still much room for me to improve.

If only I could cook like that ... I'll consider myself as improved ...

Dad loves the soup so much, I shall learn how to make good Tom Yam soup!
