I'm so tired ... the once-a-year event -- Children X'mas Party has just over 2 hours ago. I was actually planning to drop by Guardian to buy some groceries after work today, but I just couldn't make it, my legs were tired. Kids are cute but they aren't easy to control, kids with parents along even worse. When the kids are making noise, the parents joined in & made us faint!
There was this little kid wearing a red Hush Puppy t-shirt lost his way, he cried & searched for his father hi & lo. I had been trying hard to pamper him & trying to find out his name so that I can make an announcement in the hall. He just cried & cried, without able to say anything. At last, Hafizan Wong ended up bringing him to LRV & settled him with some food while waiting for his parents to come back.
This year's X'mas party themed Underwater X'mas was another successful event although the banquet set up was a bit messy causing a few complaints from the floor. Anyway, I guess everyone had fun today. Of course, not for us who were working ... but for those kids who have grabbed back tons of gifts. Especially the Prince Neptune & Princess Mermaid winners.
