Yes, I noticed that I've not been blogging for a very long time! Even the last blog was answering a tag from Denise. I've been really busy with works, how I wish I could squeeze some time out to blog in the office but it's beyond my control! =( I miss blogging sooooo much!
Been busy with the 10th Sabah Hospitality Fiesta last 2 weekss, it's a 2-days event organised by Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) & Asian Tourism Institute (ATI). This year fiesta was a tremendous success, the 2-day competition took place at Asia City last Saturday & Sunday. Sorry for the late post, I just couldn't find time to blog about it last week. The major highlights include:- Buffet Appetizer, Chefs Category, Chinese Cooking, Wedding Cake, Showpiece, Ice Carving, Fruits & Vegetable Carvings, Table Settings, Bartender Cocktail, Bed Making Category and many more, can't remember all of it. It was a great event!
PH's MARCOM was appointed as the official Marketing & Promotions in-charge (all because our GM is MAH's chairman, we have to sacrifice so much for the event). It was tough but fun doing it, got to explore a lot, meet a lot of people which I enjoyed it so much! Also, been appointed as the official photographer for the 2-day competition. Hope you guys enjoy all the photos ...... at the same time, do appreciate the piece of works from all the Hospitality friends in KK. Last but not least, a BIG congratulations to Magellan Sutera who became the overall champion of the 10th Sabah Hospitality Fiesta!
