My WK Interview!

I've gone thru the 2nd interview with WK, which is much tougher than the 1st interview. It's another round of tests again. This time, they need a memo written in Chinese from me! Gosh ... it's extremely difficult to write a formal letter in Chinese, stiring up my mind, scratching my head! Although Chinese is my mother tongue, but it isn't easy to write it out in a formal way. Nowadays, Chinese become relatively important in any work place. I'm so proud that I've been educated in Chinese for 14 years (2 yrs in kindtergarten + 6 yrs in primary school + 6 yrs in high school). Glad that I'm actually doing quite well in my Chinese subjects during my studies (not extremely good, but at least I passed!). Also, I've done a D.I.S.C personality test in the interview. D.I.S.C is the talk that I listened to on last Friday nite. D.I.S.C stands for Dominance, Influence, Steady & Conscious -- It's the popular characteristics of human being in this world. I'm something between S & C. Which means I'm a Steady & Conscious person! *wink*

The HR manager Liv is a nice gal, she told me the real picture in WK, she neither draw any fancy things nor hide anything from me. The politics + gossips in WK is quite bad in town. Well ... if WK accepts me, I'll try to experience it myself, see how bad is it. lolz ...
