The story describes a man (Andy Lau) who is running a perfect life (a successful career + a pretty wife). However, one day, his wife (Ah Sa) suddenly passed away, leaving him devastated and alone. In order to distract himself from the tragedy of losing his beloved, he devotes himself fully to his work at the hospital. At the same time, Sam (Charlie Young) admitted into the hospital and he finds himself strangely attracted to this woman.
