Yes, I've been working here for 2 and a half years, never realised time flies like rocket! My longest ever job since I graduated from uni and I've never expect myself to stay in one company for such a long time. I tend to jump from one company to another when I find out I have fully absorbed the knowledge that I'm supposed to learn from that particular company. In another word, I tend to jump & hunt for better opportunities & better pay of course.
How could I stay with PH for that long? The credit goes to Anita, she's the best boss ever & never stop teaching me new knowledge within the industry, I've learnt a lot from her! Everytime when I'm bored with my works and thought I've enough knowledge to leave the company, she gives me new tasks / assignments, it's just like another new phase for me to learn, that makes me change my mind and stay with her again. For example, when Nora was in Laos for 2 weeks, she suggested a cross training for me, let me do all Nora's works & I must admit that I enjoyed doing it.
In fact, she's giving me much freedom in my job, she's kind of handling over the entire administrative system within the department to me, I sort of having the rights on her behalf.
A lot of my colleagues come & go, they joined & left PH, have done too much farewell parties for them. When being asked when is my turn, I do not know. Seriously, I know I need to move on ... it's just the matter of time.
I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ... I love my job ...
Feeling better?
Alright ... Now, get back to your work! You would love your job!
