My mum invited my cousins to my house for dinner last night, there goes my opportunity to show off my new dishes. I made Egg Role & Teriyaki Eggplant last night. Surpsingly, the Egg role was great … but the eggplant doesn’t look good in grilled, I should have deep fried it instead of putting it into the oven.
Anyway … here’s my Egg Role. I’ll name it as Bamboo Egg Role coz they look like Bamboos to me.
The paste consists of:-
Minced Chicken
Minced Bean curd
Minced Water Chestnuts
Minced Carrot
Minced Ham
Minced Celery (optional)
