I spent my time being a coach potato at home the entire afternoon today, watching programme that my mum 'maxed' for me (if u guys know what is Astro Max, then you should understand what I mean here). Was watching a chinese drama that feature the life of 4 typical women, both their love life + their careers. I'd think it's the chinese version of 'Sex and the city'. I enjoy watching this kind of drama / movie, which majority of all typical men would feel it's bored! Yea, I do agree, the way they broadcast the film is a bit bored, the slow pace i mean. But it's meaningful to me, I got to learn a lot of things from this kind of movie, it teaches me how to handle things in a mature way, how a women survive in nowadays reality world.
Hmmm ... I'm planning to become coach potato again tomorrow! That's my ideal weekend, love it ... enjoy it ... lolz!
I cooked pasta for my family today! It's my version of pasta ... ^_^ Let's have a look at the ingredients first.
I used this special organic tomato sauce, all the way from S'pore. Special thanks to Gloria who bought it for us. You might think that organic food is something unusual. The truth is that 'organic' simply means food that grown or produced without chemical aid. Everyone should have the right to eat well, to eat a balanced and diverse diet. Organic food is definitely something that you'll feel confident about feeding to your family.
San Remo Fettuccine that you can get from any other supermarket in town: -
Some more ingredients to make the Creamy Version of pasta:-
Paiseh ... I don't know what went wrong, the one & only pix that I took went blur! Anyway, that's the ingredients for my sauce: -- button mushroom + big onion + tomato + cucumber + minced chicken.
[Little hint for your health: Big onion is good to create the HDL Cholesterol (the good cholesterol) in our body, which work as an important element to protect our heart].
And ... the sauce looks like this: -
Didn't take much pix with my pasta today, coz didn't think of blogging about it at first. But the need of stressing on the benefit of Organic food suddenly strike into my mind while I was typing this entry. So here it comes ...
