My first time ...

My very first time to cook for 12 pax at home, this actually broke my lifetime record, coz I never think I could cook that much. It wasn’t a hard task lar … of course with the assistant of my new maid. She’s a great helper to me, she did all the washing for me, which ease a lot of my burden.

This is what I served them last night …

1. Stir-fried Choy Sam
2. Toufu Omelet with Tuna Paste
3. Toufu Omelet with Ham Paste
4. Stewed Potato Chicken with Mushroom & Black Fungus
5. Steamed Chinese Cabbage with Dried Scallop

[Note: I made 2 version of Toufu Omelet. The one with Tuna paste with less egg yolk, less oil & almost salt-less is specially dedicated for mum. While the one with Ham paste prepared for whoever interested.]

A BIG Thank You to everyone who appreciated my cooking, they finished everything, not even a single vege left. Even the sauce they finished it … lolz … Creamy is so touched!
