Fish & Co

I felt so guilty because I just had a heavy dinner at Fish & Co just now. A specialty chain restaurant that serves delicious fresh fish dish in pan. It was great ... their fish are fresh & tender, I love it so much! They do have other seafood dishes which looks nice as well.




I had the New York Fish & Chips ... of all the dishes, why do I ordered Fish & Chips? Just a common dish that I can get from any other place. BUT ... look at it...


Well, it's special ... Fish & Chips with generous cheese stuffing, which falls under the 'get-hooked' category. For cheese lover, this is a must-try dish for you!

Look at the yellowish cheese stuffed in the fish fillet ... it's soooooo yummy!

Mum had a Baked Salmon served with Creamy Mushroom sauce. I tried the sauce, it tastes great.

Yeah ... it served with rice. You can actually choose among potato chips or rice.

Lastly, the best part went to my dad's choice --- Sambal Fish! It's a whole line fish fried & served on a platter topped with Sambal sauce. Can you imagine? One whole big fish that actually fit for 5 to 6 pax. When the dish was served, our eyes turn BIG & our mouth turn into an "O" shape, shockingly looking at the BIG FISH! Then, my dad started to ask silly question to the waitress, "So big ahh .... how to eat oh?" The waitress laughed at him!

ok... shall let you see how BIG is the fish ...

Note: it's served on a bigger pan compared to ours. I should have taken a pic to compare the 2 pans, let you guys see the difference. But well, just imagine.

Anyhow ... it's nice, Sambal lover should take this and I guess Uncle Jason would love it!
