The saying “no pain, no gain” stays true when it comes to losing either fat or weight to me. I’ve been taking Herbal Life for almost a month (breakfast & lunch), I tried my best to stay away from all the delicious food, imagine I’m working in a hotel & I get to see all the yummy food almost everyday. We also get free lunch in the staff canteen. Sometimes I tried not to join my colleagues during lunch time, mainly to avoid seeing FOOD. Well, all these efforts are worth it because people around me say I’M LOSING WEIGHT! Yuhooo …. Let’s keep track on my results, I’m gonna have another monitor test one month later.
