Best of Luck ... 2007!

Hi you wonderful people!!!

Welcome to my first blog of the year …

It’s not a good day for me to work today, I hurt my finger nails while doing filing just now. I should have paid full attention on it. I hate it! Since I’m not in the mood, I decided to blog.

I wonder how everyone started-off with their New Year. This year did not start off well for me, hmm … I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just not so well. 2007 to me is full of hope, hope I can make everything happen as I wished. Somehow I must say that 2006 wasn’t great, but it was good, I look at it as a picking-up point for me in my career. I wouldn’t say that I’m working very well, but I’ve got a nice boss, everything goes fine with her. So I guess I’m gonna stay a little bit longer with this job. >_^ Nevertheless, I have a desire to work abroad, if I ever have that chance? By all means, I still wish to stay back in the hotel line, I really like it.

I am truly happy that 2006 has come to a closure as I see this year as a much better year for me. I want to start anew and afresh.

I wish all of you the same too … Best of Luck!!!

Before I go off, here’s something worth to read … for those who’s thinking of having a fresh & great look for the New Year … read on…

Hair Wear tips from Guardian Guide Book

While you can use your hair to convey your mood or personality, there are certain ‘rules’ you need to adhere to, based on your face, features, the texture of your hair, your age and your lifestyle. Wearing your hair according to these ‘rules’ can make your best features stand out and bring out the glamorous beauty in you.

The Full Forehead

A nice, think fringe is best to balance out a face with a large forehead. Get your stylist to give you a medium length china doll cut, with layers that can lend fullness to where it’s needed.

The Oval-Shaped Face

If you have an oval-shaped face, you should be a very happy person – the proportion-ate shape of the forehead and chin of an oval allows you to wear your hair any way you want to!

The Round Face

Don’t go for a rounded hairstyle that ends at your chin. It emphasizes your cheeks and makes your face look even rounder. Go for a cut that is either longer or shorter than your chin. Swept back from your forehead and parted on the side, this style gives the illusion of a narrower face.

The Heart-Shaped Face

Your wide jaw and forehead make your chin look pointy and thin. Go for a short crop or a layered pixie cut so that the hair from your sideburns and the beginning of your nape even out the shape of y our face.

The Unmistakable Features

If you have a problem with your large features (e.g. a large nose), don’t try to conceal it by hiding behind long hair that is parted in the middle – it only makes everything look more prominent. Full-bodied hair with soft subtle highlights work so much better to balance out your prominent features and to draw attention away from undesired spots.

The Long/Short Neck

You can give your long slender neck a lot of emphasis by keeping your hair short and cropped, or by wearing long hair up in an elegant, red-carpet-special-occasion style. If you have a short neck, you can create the illusion of length by tapering your hair at the base of your neck and going fuller on top.
